Urgent Care
During regular business hours, our operators will assist you in getting an appropriate appointment or speaking with our Triage Nurse regarding urgent care or a minor emergency.
There is always a doctor–our “pool doctor”–available to see patients with more urgent problems when appointments are not available on the regular schedule.
On Saturday mornings, you may be asked to come into our emergency clinic where doctors and staff are available to provide care.
After Hours
When the office is closed, calling 336-716-4479 will connect you to our answering service. They will give your message to the on-call doctor to return your call.
Please be patient. This doctor is also caring for patients in the hospital and emergency room. If our on-call doctor recommends that you go to the Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center Emergency Room, upon arrival let the nurse know that you are a Family Medicine patient.
We can only help with prescription refills and appointments during our regular office hours.
