Visiting Hours
Visiting hours at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center (WFBMC) are 10 am to 8 pm daily, except for Special Care units. Special Care units will have their own visiting hours – check with the nursing station for more details.
Two visitors per patient may visit in the patient’s room. Exceptions to this policy may be indicated due to patient condition or request (i.e., no visitors, immediate family only, etc.). Please refer to the Guide to Guest Services (found in the patient’s room) for additional information.

Parking
Patient/visitor parking decks are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Rates are posted at the entrance.
Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk, and management assumes no responsibility for loss due to fire, theft or collision. Always lock your vehicle. Emergency call stations, which provide instant communication to our Security Dispatch Center, are located on all levels of the facility.

Parking Deck A: 7:30 am–10:30 pm (Daily)
Parking Deck B: 7:30 am–11 pm (Monday–Friday), 7:00 am–10:30 pm (Weekends)
Parking Deck C: 7:30 am–10:30 pm (Monday–Friday)
Gift Shop
The Gift Shop is located on the Main Level, North Tower Lobby. The shop provides a variety of gifts and essential needs that add to patients’ comfort and morale during hospitalization.

Sunday, 1 pm–5 pm

Notary Services
A Notary Public Service is available through Safety and Security by calling 336-716-3305.
Laundry Facility
Laundry facilities are available for patients and family members who are unable to leave the Medical Center. Please call Service Excellence at 336-713-2273 for access to this facility.
Showers
Showers are available for use by family members of patients at WFBMC. Contact the volunteer in the ICU Waiting Area for assistance.
Lodging
There are several lodging options available if you will be in the area overnight.
Massage Therapy Program
The Massage Therapy Program is available for patients and their families. It is designed to provide optimal access to professional massage that can enhance wellness through physical and mental relaxation and pain relief.
