A team of Wound Ostomy, Continence Nurses: (WOCN) These nurses provide inpatient and outpatient teaching and assist with the management of ostomies, tube or skin problems. They act as a resource for nursing and other hopsital staff concerning wounds, ostomies and bowel and urinary continence.
Coordination with other specialists at Wake Forest Baptist Health assures comprehensive care of our patients.

- Hereditary Cancer Program: Genetic counseling, screening and testing is available for at risk patients and family member
- Advanced Imaging Facilities and Radiologists: Specialized techniques of computerized tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance (MR) Enterography, MRI and ERUS staging of rectal cancer assist in the diagnosis and individualized treatment planning for our patients.
