Looking for a career Hospitalist interested in leadership opportunities in an Academic Hospitalist Program.
Involved in designing and implementing new service lines.
Responsible for the co-management and administration of over 45 Hospitalists and 9 Advanced Practice Professionals spanning 3 hospitals and 20 different service lines.
Representation of Hospital Medicine in key Hospital Administrative meetings as well as with other Internal Medicine Section leaders.
Lead Hospitalist Section meetings
Management and leadership of inpatient Quality Initiatives in order to maximize patient safety and throughput.
Development of methodology and processes to help achieve the goals of the organization.
Leadership with regards to utilization of resources and the overall performance of the Section on Hospital Medicine.
Board certified in Internal Medicine
3+ Years Hospitalist experience
Proven track record of experience as a physician leader in an acute care hospital setting with excellent management skills.
