Wake Forest Baptist Health is seeking a board certified Dermatologist to join us in our Mission to Care, Mission to Cure. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Board Certified in Dermatology
- Fellowship trained in Pediatric Dermatology
- Successful record of clinical and service excellence
- North Carolina licensure or eligible
The Department of Dermatology at Wake Forest Baptist Health is the region''s leading Dermatology Department. Our internationally renowned clinicians see patients from western North Carolina, Tennessee, southern Virginia and beyond, in our state of the art clinics specifically built for Dermatology needs. The department houses a Dermatologic Surgery/MOHS unit, specialty clinics in Hair Disorders, Complex Medical Dermatology, Patch Testing and Cosmetics.
The Pediatric Dermatologist will provide additional pediatric-centered clinics, additional and quicker access for patient care, and targeted resident education in Pediatric Dermatology. The incumbent will also run general Dermatology clinics and conduct hospital consultations at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, located in Winston-Salem, NC.
Winston-Salem is a community with a population of approximately 220,000, nestled in the northwestern region of North Carolina, within easy driving distance to the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains and the pristine beaches of North Carolina. It is also home to Wake Forest University School of Medicine and Wake Forest University.
