Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center is seeking an experienced, fellowship trained radiologist to join our Abdominal Imaging Section. Applicants should be Associate Professor or Professor in rank and have strong clinical experience in all facets of abdominal imaging, including computed tomography, ultrasound, MRI, fluoroscopy, plain film and percutaneous biopsy. The candidate should be able to demonstrate expertise in clinical operations as well as a strong interest in promoting the academic mission of the department.
The Wake Forest Department of Radiology comprises approximately 60 faculty, 50 housestaff, and 300 staff. Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center is a fully integrated academic medical center which has been ranked as one of America's "Best Hospitals" by U.S. News & World Report for the 20th consecutive year. The medical center is located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, which is also the home of Wake Forest University and Wake Forest University School of Medicine.
