The Division of Pediatric Nephrology, Brenner Children's Hospital, Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, is seeking a third BE/BC faculty (full-time) at a rank of assistant/associate professor. Our division provides all spectrums of nephrology care including acute and chronic hemo- and peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, transplant (5-10 per year), renal biopsy, glomerulonephritis, hypertension, congenital urologic anomalies, -- etc. In addition to providing patient care and teaching house staff and medical students, applicants capable of conducting clinical or basic research are preferred. Brenner Children''s Hospital is a 180-bed tertiary care medical center with all pediatric subspecialties. Our campus has centers in genetic-epidemiology, tissue engineering, and cancer research where opportunity for collaboration is plenty.
