Job Description


We are seeking an exceptional BC/BE Neurologist to join us in our Mission to Care, Mission to Cure at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center/ Wake Forest School of Medicine. This is a faculty opportunity with the ideal candidate possessing the following qualifications:

  • MD
  • Neurology Residency
  • BC/BE by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology
  • Successful record of clinical excellence
  • Strong interest in graduate medical education
  • North Carolina licensure or eligible

The department of Neurology is a multi-specialty, well-established and highly regarded academic department with a state-of-the-art clinical neurophysiology laboratory. This position will assist with addressing access issues for the Neuromuscular outpatient clinic as well as the diagnostic neurology lab (EMGs). This position will hold an administrative role in Neurology's research mission and will be expected to participate in the supervision of teaching of medical students, residents and fellows.

We are located in Winston-Salem, NC with a population of approximately 225,000. The city is nestled in the northwestern region of North Carolina, within easy driving distance to the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains and pristine beaches.
