The Staff Development Instructor (SDI) will work with staff in the Nursing Education Department to develop and deliver education that includes but not limited to: theoretical and clinical orientation, required annual and continuing education. The SDI collaborates with leaders and staff in assigned areas to develop, coordinate, facilitate and evaluate programs for nursing personnel and other health care professionals throughout the medical center. Serve as a departmental representative on various committees, councils & task forces within the organization to promote quality patient outcomes. Represents the medical center within community as a resource. We be available work flexible hours to meet the needs of the departmental customers. This position will work with all adult areas.
