The Hawthorne's conference facilities can be custom-tailored to your specific group needs, from hosting small meetings, to orchestrating large group events. We pride ourselves on developing mutually rewarding relationships with our meeting planners and delivering a consistently satisfying experience.
A conference planner will be assigned to your group and serve as your primary source of information and assistance throughout the planning of your conference. Based upon the uniqueness of your meeting, your conference professional will make recommendations and arrangements for the appropriate meeting room set-ups, the use and coordination of audio-visual equipment, menu choices, and any other special requests. During your meeting, a conference professional will be on site for your planned events and readily available to implement any changes or handle any additional requests.
