This exercise stretches your back, spine, and upper torso muscles.
- Sit with your legs crossed.
- Reach
your left hand toward your left foot, and place your right hand at your side
for support.
- Slowly twist your torso to your right.
- Switch your hands and twist to your left.
- Repeat 2 to 4 times.
