Clinical Cardiology

Wake Forest Baptist’s Heart Center has an interdisciplinary clinical team composed of cardiologists, nurses, and others who care for heart patients from North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Tennessee and South Carolina.

Coordinating with your doctor is a primary focus of the Heart Center. From the moment you arrive at Wake Forest Baptist to the time you go home, your doctor is kept apprised of your status.

Our clinic is focused on getting you seen quickly to expedite your care and to relieve the anxiety of the patient who needs to be evaluated by a cardiologist or cardiothoracic surgeon.
