There are several different subjects on the audiovisual materials and they include teaching presentations, student activities and events, memorial services, promotional segments, medical procedures, performances and interviews.

Association and Organization Collections: The Archives is home for seven specific associations. These collections have print and manuscript materials.

Manuscripts Collections: these are paper-generated collections that include correspondence, research notes, publications, scrapbooks, newspaper clippings, meeting minutes, departmental documents and transcripts. The Archives houses approximately 116 manuscript collections.

Print Collections: these collections, approximately 60 of them, are photographs, medical illustrations, architectural drawings, floor plans, slides and negatives.
