Tips for Registration:

• Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center Employees: DO NOT register from a nurse's station computer. The registrations will not be received. You can register from home or any other computer here at the hospital.
• Please make sure your correct e-mail address is listed. If it is incorrect (typos, etc), you will not receive a confirmation.
• Please make sure you register for the appropriate class for your needs. If you don't see the link to register for the class you need, you may need to scroll down the page a little further. We offer Providers, Refreshers, Combined Refreshers, and Instructor Courses.
• Register for one date only for each type of class you are attending. Due to having restrictions on class size, we cannot allow one student to register for multiple dates. For example, we cannot allow a student to be registered for two different CPR classes at the same time. We understand that circumstances may arise causing the need to be rescheduled. If this is the case, please call us (336-716-2800) BEFORE class is scheduled to start and we will make every effort to schedule you for a future class.
• If a class is listed as full, then we can put you on the waiting list for that class. In order to be considered for the waiting list, please put in the comments box "waiting list." You will then be notified by e-mail if a space becomes available and will have up to five days to respond before your spot is offered to someone else.
• Please read the information on each class you plan to take. Different classes have different requirements.
• If you are taking a refresher (PALS or ACLS) and did not take your previous class here, we will need copies of your previous cards in addition to a copy of your CURRENT BLS card.  If you are taking an initial provider course (PALS or ACLS), we will need a copy of your CURRENT BLS card (if not taken at the Medical Center). You will not be allowed in class if we do not receive a copy by the day of class.
