2010 NCCI Request for Applications

FY2013 NCCI Request for Applications

The North Carolina Coalition Initiative (NCCI) is pleased to announce the availability of grant funds to support local substance abuse prevention coalitions in North Carolina to strengthen their capacity to implement environmental strategies.   Awards will be made for up to 8 grant recipients to participate in a two-year grant program. During the first year (from July 1, 2012 – June 30, 2013), up to $30,000 will be available to coalitions to support the development of comprehensive strategic plans.  These same funded coalitions will then have the opportunity to receive a second year of funding to support the implementation of their products developed during year one. These funds will be contingent upon the successful completion of the specific products developed during year one and the continued availability of state funds for the NCCI grant program.

The Request for Application (RFA) is coming soon and will be provided below. The RFA has been separated into two parts to make it easier for you to complete and submit the Application Section.

  • Part 2 includes the actual RFA Application Sections to be completed. It is a Microsoft Word document in a protected format so that applicants can only enter text in the fields (grey boxes) provided.  All Application Sections must be completed and submitted by the due date for the application to be considered for funding.   Click here to access NCCI RFA FY2013 Part 2 Application.
