BestHealth® to Hold Seminar on Healthy Eating Tips

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – “Jumping Into a Healthy New Year” will be held at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 15, at the Children’s Museum of Winston-Salem.
In this free seminar, Dayle Fuentes, registered dietitian for BestHealth, shares practical strategies to starting your new year in a healthy way.
The Children’s Museum of Winston-Salem is located at 390 S. Liberty Street. Free babysitting offered and registration is required.
