Improve Employee Health and Reduce Health Care Costs
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – Wellness and Corporate Health Services of Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center is hosting a seminar, “Implementing an Effective Wellness Program: Strategies That Work” Friday, Oct. 10. The seminar is from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in the Commons conference room on the ground floor of the Nutrition Center at Wake Forest Baptist.
This free seminar is for benefits managers, health promotion program directors, employee wellness coordinators, human resources directors, local employers or anyone interested in learning more about worksite wellness programs.
Participants will learn methods to improve employee health and reduce health care costs. “Controlling health care costs is a top priority of employers today, ” said Leigh Jones, manager, Wellness and Corporate Health Services at Wake Forest Baptist. “Through this seminar, we are bringing together experts and resources to educate employers about best practices and proven strategies for worksite wellness.”
