May is Orthopaedic Month at BestHealth
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – Get ready for warmer weather by learning to take care of your muscles, bones and joints at classes focusing on orthopaedics during the month of May at BestHealth® and other locations.
Our screenings, seminars and cooking classes are offered by physicians, physical therapists, dieticians and others from the family medicine, orthopaedics, neurology, and rehabilitation programs at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center.
Topics include hip and knee resurfacing, replacement and preservation, as well as achieving peak performance and fitting in fitness in your busy day. Classes and seminars are held at the BestHealth® community resource center at Hanes Mall, as well as CompRehab Plaza at 131 Miller Street and other locations.
