Latin Heat Aerobics

Learn how one patient reacted to words used by her professional caregiver and discuss words that do and don’t heal. McQuellon is co-author of the book “The Art of Conversation through Serious Illness: Lessons for Caregivers.”

Freedom From Smoking®: A Tobacco Cessation Program
6:15 p.m. Are you ready to quit smoking for good? Join us for this six-week course held at BestHealth on Tuesdays from 6:15 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. Taught by a certified smoking cessation facilitator from Wake Forest Baptist. The cost is $50 per person. Payment is due by Tuesday, January 17.
