Allston J. Stubbs, MD
Associate Professor of Orthopaedics
Stubbs is board-certified in orthopaedic surgery and orthopaedic sports medicine. He specializes in hip conditions and treatment including minimally-invasive hip orthoscopy. He attributes an increase in hip problems to arthritis and wear and tear on joints from contact sports like soccer, football and ice hockey, as well as ballet and horseback riding.
His experience includes serving as a team physician for Duke University, the Denver Broncos, the U.S. Ski Team and the Colorado Rockies and as a medical adviser for the Boston Marathon and the Boston Ballet.
