Dr. Welch is a neonatologist who cares for infants referred to Brenner Children's Hospital from other hospitals in the region for management of prematurity, birth defects or other critical issues. As a physician in an academic medical center, she studies, teaches and practices the most current evidence-based medicine and researches new and better ways to care for these infants.
