The Office of Technology Asset Management is located in downtown Winston-Salem on the 1st floor in the Richard H. Dean Building. Our offices are easily accessible from US I-40. Please find directions and maps below.

From the East
(From Research Triangle Park, Durham, Raleigh, Greensboro)
Take Interstate 40 West. Shortly past the exit for Piedmont Triad International Airport, bear right onto Business 40 West. Cross US Highway 52. Take the first exit (5-D) onto Main Street. Turn right off the exit, and turn right at the next light onto First Street. Cross Church Street. Turn right on Chestnut Street. Take a left on Technology Way. The Richard H. Dean Building is the last building on the left. The main entrance is between the parking garage and the building, through the outdoor courtyard. Our offices are on the first floor.

From the South
(From Charlotte)
Take Interstate 77 North to Interstate 40 East; pass Clemmons. Bear left onto Business 40 East. Take Business 40 East to Exit 5-D, marked "Old Salem." Follow the downtown arrow, bearing left on the exit ramp; this will put you on Main Street, headed north. Go to First Street and take a right. Cross Church Street. Turn right on Chestnut Street. Turn left on Technology Way. The Richard H. Dean Building is the last building on the left. The main entrance is between the parking garage and the building, through the outdoor courtyard. Our offices are on the first floor.

From the West
(From Asheville, Statesville, Mocksville)
Take Interstate 40 East through Clemmons. Pass Clemmons, bear left onto Business 40 East to Exit 5-D, marked "Old Salem." Follow the downtown arrow, bearing left on the exit ramp; this will put you on Main Street, headed north. Go to First Street and take a right. Cross Church Street. Turn right on Chestnut Street. From the North
(From Mt. Airy, Virginia state line)
Take US Highway 52 South to Business 40 West. Take the first exit (5-D) onto Main Street, headed north. Go to First Street and take a right. Cross Church Street. Turn right on Chestnut Street. Take a left on Technology Way. The Richard H. Dean Building is the last building on the left. The main entrance is between the parking garage and the building, through the outdoor courtyard. Our offices are on the first floor.

Parking
There are a limited number of visitors' spaces in the parking deck next to our building. Press the intercom button for assistance. Metered hourly parking (quarters only) is available on Chestnut Street. Parking is also available in the deck located at 155 South Church Street, adjacent to the green park approximately ½ block from our offices just outside the rear entrance of the parking garage. Use the "Public Parking" entrance on Church Street. When you have parked your car, go to the parking meter at the entrance. You must enter the number of your space, pre-pay for your parking, and then place the ticket on the dashboard of your car. Parking in the deck is $1 per hour, and the machine takes only bills, not coins.
