Marti Poe joined the Office of Technology Asset Management (OTAM) in October 1999. She serves as the “Gatekeeper” for OTAM by reviewing all incoming mail items and distributing as appropriate. She also handles all the financial aspects of the office, to include receipt and disbursement of all royalty and licensing fees and payment of all the bills (both legal and administrative), recording all disbursements and legal fees for the office and handling all budget preparations and transmittal.
