We invite you to use the search tools below to find health care services in your community. The types of services you can search for on our site are: health departments, medical clinics, dental clinics, mental health clinics, domestic violence resources, substance abuse resources, pregnancy centers and agencies that work with the Latino community in North Carolina.

You can search by service type and/or county. You may search for one item at a time, for example, searching for “clinics” will show you all the medical clinics in North Carolina. Or, you may search for 2 items at a time, to find a more local resource. For example, searching for “clinics” and “Forsyth” will show you the clinics in Forsyth County. To do a new search, click “Clear Form”.
