 | With more than 14 years of nursing experience, Candice Key, MS, FNP-C, brings with her a breadth and depth of understanding of family medical care. Along with her general medicine background, Ms. Key also has extensive experience in emergency, critical and coronary care, and cardiac rehabilitation nursing. She provides compassionate, holistic care to her patients and believes that open lines of communication are essential to an optimal treatment plan. Ms. Key works closely with her patients as a partner so that she and the patients are both active participants in their health care. |
Christen Duke, ANP-BC
 | Christen Duke, ANP-BC, is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and has advanced training as a Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN). She believes that caring for the whole person and not just treating a particular disease process is essential to optimal health. She is dedicated to helping her patients achieve a sense of well-being through health promotion, lifestyle change and disease prevention, as well as treating existing medical conditions. Her professional interests include health promotion, nutrition and cardiology. |
