Oana Panea, MD

Dr. Panea is a family practitioner. She earned her medical degree from Carol Davila Medical School in Bucharest, Romania. She is board certified in family medicine and has a certificate of added qualifications in sports medicine. Dr. Panea believes in preventative medicine and developing a close relationship with her patients. She strives to be available for her patients and build a trusting relationship with them. She facilitates communication by letting the patients know from the beginning what they can expect. Dr. Panea is actively involved in sports medicine, assisting with school sports teams and school physicals. She served as a team physician for Winston-Salem State University and for several local sporting events.
