Cathy Wilson, LCSW, MSW

GO Program Coordinator 

Cathy Wilson, LCSW, MSW is the Program Coordinator for the Kate Mills Snider Geriatric Outreach Program (the GO Program). Cathy holds an undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University, and graduate degrees in social work from Baptist Theological Seminary and University of Louisville. For over twenty-five years she has worked in the field of geriatrics in a variety of settings, as a geriatric social worker, clinical social worker, and care manager. As Program Coordinator, Cathy serves as the direct contact person for patients and families, manages administrative and research tasks, and ensures continuity of communication between GO team members, GO patients and families, and others involved in their care. She also provides direct assistance to patients and their families through case management and counseling.
