Public Health Sciences
The Division of Public Health Sciences (PHS) identifies strategies to enhance public health and prevent disease. PHS is a group of public health-oriented faculty and staff whose activities focus on developing better strategies for maintaining the health of the entire community.
The Division of Public Health Sciences is divided into the Departments of Administration, Biostatistical Sciences, Epidemiology & Prevention, Social Science & Health Policy as well as EpiCare.
The Department of Biostatistical Sciences is comprised of the Section on Biostatistics, the Section on Statistical Genetics & Bioinformatics and the Research Information Systems Unit.
The Department of Social Sciences & Health Policy is comprised of Social and Behavioral Sciences and Society and Health.
