The Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center’s Department of Radiology consists of 41 board-certified Attending Radiologists, 16 fellows and 40 residents. Thirty-four of our faculty are included in the 2010 edition of the “Best Doctors in America,” a database developed using peer surveys that ask, “If you or a loved one needed a doctor in your specialty, to whom would you refer them?”
Along with the physician expertise at our medical center, we also have a team of 241 technologists, sonographers and nurses, all of whom are either registered or certified through their respective credentialing agencies or registry-eligible.
Combining the expertise of academic-based Radiologists with the high standard of patient care provided by registered technologists and sonographers, you can be assured that you will receive accurate, timely results in a patient-centered environment.
