Directions
From Business 40 Eastbound
- Take the Cloverdale exit.
- Make a left at the bottom of the exit ramp.
- Make the first right, then an immediate right to enter Parking Deck C.
- Proceed to purple level.
- Use pedestrian walkway to enter the Comprehensive Cancer Center on the 4th floor.
- Follow the signs to Mammography waiting room and check-in (frosted glass doors).
From Business 40 Westbound
- Take the Cloverdale exit.
- Make a right at the off ramp.
- Make a left immediately after the Shell gas station.
- Take a right to enter Parking Deck C.
- Proceed to purple level.
- Use pedestrian walkway to enter the Comprehensive Cancer Center on the 4th floor.
- Follow the signs to Mammography waiting room room and check-in (frosted glass doors).

How to Schedule a Mammogram
Patients may schedule an annual screening mammogram by calling our Centralized Scheduling Department at 336-716-SCHD (7243) or 1-877-791-7243. If you have artificial breast implants, please let us know this information at the time of scheduling.
A referral from your doctor is required for a diagnostic mammogram. The referring physician may schedule by calling our Centralized Scheduling Department at 336-716-SCHD (7243) or 1-877-791-7243.
Accreditation
The Breast Screening and Diagnostic Center is fully accredited by the American College of Radiology (ACR) and Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA).
All staff mammographers and radiologists are certified in mammography and meet requirements of the Food & Drug Administration (FDA), ACR and MQSA. Certificates are posted in the lobby.
