Massage Therapists

Jennifer Barker, LMBT, NC#6162

Jennifer L. Barker is a 2004 graduate of the Virginia School of Massage, located in Charlottesville, VA.  

During her professional massage therapy training, she received certification in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, and myofascial release.  She also studied sports massage, pre-natal massage, joint mobility, trigger point, and touch for health (kinesiology). 

Her continuing education courses provided her with training in Thai massage, body mechanics, hot stone therapy, basic foot reflexology, massage cupping, and professional ethics. 

She is currently employed at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center as a licensed massage and bodywork therapist.  Along with being a member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals, she is also Nationally Certified in massage therapy. 

The passion for her work and desire to help through therapeutic touch has been a part of her life for 13 years.  Her massage techniques have been developed from a combination of brilliant teachers and the continual desire to learn.

William B. Fulp Jr., LMBT, NC#10155

William B. Fulp Jr. is a 2010 graduate of the Therapeutic Massage Program at Forsyth Technical Community College of Winston-Salem, NC. He has also worked as a Teacher’s Assistant in the program, where he hopes to be an instructor, sometime in the future.

While in training, he received certification in:

  • Swedish Massage
  • Deep Tissue Massage
  • Therapeutic Massage
  • Sports Massage
  • Facilitated Stretching

He was also trained in:

  • Aromatherapy
  • Reflexology
  • Trigger Point Therapy

William is also a Level I Trager Student and is continuing on with his training, to someday become a Certified Trager Practioner. William is also interested in pursuing training in Myofascial Release, Prenatal Massage, Thai Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Polarity and Kineiso Taping.

William is also a NC Registered Barber and owner of his own barbershop & salon. William has always displayed a passion for helping people look and feel their very best and it’s that sense of caring that transcends from his career as a barber, to a massage therapist. With the training of some of the best massage therapy instructors, education, a zeal for knowledge and his tenacity, William is back and ready to serve the patients and employees of Wake Forest Baptist Health and the surrounding communities!!!
