Referring Your Patients to the Wake Forest Gamma Knife Center
Gamma Knife therapy experts at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center are available to help determine if your patient is a candidate for Gamma Knife radiosurgery.
We schedule in-person consultations as soon as possible. Or, for out-of-town patients, we can review cases at our weekly multidisciplinary tumor board before determining if a patient needs to travel to Winston-Salem for consultation and treatment.
We will keep you updated on the recommendations of our neurosurgery experts, as well as on outcomes from consultations, treatment and any follow-up visits with your patients.
