How to Submit Samples for Testing
To order Anatomic Pathology tests (including cytology, dermatopathology, and surgical pathology) for a clinic, hospital, or laboratory outside the Medical Center, use the request form provided for the specimen type you are submitting. Additional specimen preparation instructions, if needed, are available on individual lab pages (listed on the request form page).
