SNPLASH (includes SNPGWA; QSNPGWA ; Dandelion; MECPM, BADTree)

SNPDoc searches public databases for biologic information on single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs). Information retrieved includes chromosome, physical position (bases), gene (nearest gene(s)), alias(es), risk score (fastsnp_reference pdf), and SNP function. Information is stored in a SQL database and periodically updated. SNPDoc is also available as an executable that includes a few extra features, including linkage disequilibrium results and the ability to input genetic regions or positions.
