Current Research

Nora Fino, MS, is a Biostatistician II and joined the Biostatistics and Bioinformatics Shared Resource in July 2013 in the Department of Biostatistical Sciences. She provides statistical support to cancer researchers and clinicians throughout the entire research process, including study design, data analysis, and manuscript preparation.  Additionally, she reviews the statistical details of research protocols as a member of the Operation Protocol Service (OPS) to ensure studies collect clinically relevant data that can address their research objectives with statistical analysis. When she’s not collaborating with cancer researchers, she is working with scientists towards a better understanding of juvenile diabetes.
