Effects of PPAR-delta agonists on HDL elevation in non-human primates; molecular and cellular mechanisms of intestinal cholesterol absorption; lipoprotein and hepatic cholesterol metabolism; mouse and non-human primate models of atherosclerosis.

  1. Mechanisms for PPAR∂ Agonist-Induced Elevation of High-Density Lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol in Non-Human Primates
  2. Effects of dietary n-3 fatty acids on intestinal Niemann-Pick C1–like 1 expression and cholesterol absorption
  3. Mechanisms for cholesteryl ester depletion of low-density lipoprotein (LDL) in mice lacking ATP-binding cassette transporter A1 and acyl-CoA:cholesterol acyltransferase 2
