Active Clinical Trials
SAPPHIRE
SAPPHIRE (Stenting and Angioplasty with Protection in Patients at High Risk for Endarterectomy) is a multi-center, prospective, observational study of high-surgical risk patients with artherosclerotic disease of the carotid artery(ies). Up to 10,000 patients will be enrolled from 350 sites from the US, Canada, Latin America, Europe and Asia Pacific. The primary objective of this study is to estimate 30 day MAE rate of stenting (any death, stroke or any MI) with distal protection in the treatment of obstructive carotid artery disease in high-surgical risk patients.

ATTRACT
ATTRACT (Acute Venous Thrombosis: Thrombus Removal With Adjunctive Catheter-Directed Thrombolysis) is a NIH funded, Phase III, multicenter, randomized, open label, controlled clinical trial to determine if the use of adjunctive Pharmacomechanical Catheter Directed Thrombolysis, which includes the intrathrombus administration of rt-PA--Activase (Alteplase),can prevent the post-thrombotic syndrome(PTS)in patients with symptomatic proximal deep vein thrombosis(DVT)as compared with optimal standard DVT therapy alone.

GORE TAG
GORE TAG 08-02 is a prospective, multicenter, single-arm study that will enroll 101 subjects at 30 sites treated with the GORE Conformable Throacic Endoprosthesis for treatment of traumatic transection of the descending thoracic aorta. Subjects will be enrolled into this clinical study provided all inclusion/exclusion criteria are met. Subjects will be evaluated through hospital discharge and will return for follow-up visits at 30 days, 6 months and annually through 5 years post-treatment. The primary safety endpoint for this study is all-cause mortality incidence through 30 days post-treatment.
