Karl-Erik Andersson, MD, Professor
Dr. Karl-Erik Andersson was born and raised in Sweden. He received his medical degree from the University of Lund in 1968, where he subsequently worked as a lecturer in Clinical Pharmacology. He completed his Ph.D. at the Department of Pharmacology, Lund University, in 1973. In 1975 he obtained a Swedish specialist degree in Internal Medicine and was appointed as Professor of Clinical Pharmacology at the University of Odense, Denmark.
