All Purchase Orders issued by Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center are subject to applicable Standard Terms and Conditions.  

For Purchase Order numbers starting with 1000xxxxxx, go to NCBH PO Terms and Conditions which shall apply.

For Purchase Order numbers starting with 2012xxxxxx, go to WFUHS PO Terms and Conditions which shall apply.

 

Additionally, all Purchase Orders should be thoroughly reviewed for any additional language that may reference any other applicable terms and conditions that may apply.  Any inconsistency between the Standard Terms and Conditions and those referenced or stated on this Purchase Order, shall be resolved in favor of those referenced or stated on the Purchase Order.
