Kauffman Appointed as Director, Respiratory Care

I am pleased to announce the appointment of Garry W. Kauffman as Director, Respiratory Care. Mr. Kauffman has over 20 years experience as a leader and manager of clinical services within the healthcare industry, including acute care, ambulatory care and physician practice management. He comes to us from Pennsylvania, where he served as Director, Strategic Implementation at Lancaster General Hospital for several years and most recently served as CEO of Select Specialty Hospital in York, Pennsylvania. He has also served as the COO of the American Association for Respiratory Care. He has led numerous initiatives and multidisciplinary teams to achieve improvement in clinical outcomes, customer satisfaction and financial performance.
He earned his Master of Public Administration, Healthcare Administration Track at Pennsylvania State University, a Diploma in Respiratory Therapy from York College-St. Joseph Hospital and a Bachelor of Arts, Pre-healing Arts from Franklin and Marshall College.
