Welcome to the Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery, a key component of the nationally recognized Heart Center of Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.  As a nationally recognized department of Cardiothoracic Surgery we have specialists devoted to Cardiovascular, thoracic and congenital heart surgery.  Our goal is to provide patients and their referring physicians the best possible care and outcome.   As part of the Heart Center at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, We are committed to expertly providing the most advanced and compassionate services to our patients.
