Wellness Activities Calendar
Here are some current activities for students and their partners to promote student well-being. Students are encouraged to add other events of interest to this list. You can do so by emailing the director of student wellness with activity specifics.
Vigorous Yoga for Stress Management with Lindsay Porter (Meets from 6:30-7:45 in Commons Conference Room)
Introductory Yoga for Stress Management with Dr. Paige Greason (Mondays from 5:15-6:15, Commons Conference room).
Mindfulness Meditation with Dr. Fadel Zeidan (Tuesdays from 5:45-6:15pM, Coy Carpenter Board Room-First left)
