All faculty and current residents play an active role in the selection of new residents. We seek candidates who are very competitive academically and highly self-motivated. The candidates we select are physicians who are truly committed to the attainment of leadership positions in dermatology through an academic career or through outstanding clinical practice. Applicants are invited to interview on a rolling basis. We adopt the house staff policy set forth by the institution without changes for resident eligibility, selection and promotion.
