Orientation Conflicts

If you are not able to attend, please notify the GME Office at gme@wakehealth.edu and your individual program immediately. You will not be allowed to start training until you have completed the orientation process. 

Required Documents 

  • ID Badge
  • Current Address Information (if not already provided)
  • I-9 Forms 

Badge Office

  • Closed daily from 12 pm - 1 pm

Parking  

Employee parking information will be provided when you obtain your ID badge and parking decals. Please use your assigned parking area. Note: You will not receive your badge until first day of orientation so for that day please park in Parking Deck A, B, C.

    • Attendees: Includes ACGME fellows who are new to our medical center

    • PM Session: Community Tour, Department Orientation or Wake Wings (if applicable)
    • Time: 1 pm - 5 pm
    • Location: Tour leaves Bridger Field House; contact program coordinator for details of other event locations
