Dear Fellowship Applicant:

Thank you for your interest in the Wake Forest School of Medicine Gastroenterology Fellowship. Our program participates in the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP), and we only accept online applications through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS).

If you are interested in applying for the 2012 Wake Forest Gastroenterology Fellowship, please complete your application online and include 1) your personal statement, 2) a current Curriculum Vitae, and 3) three letters of recommendation. Our deadline for receipt of your application and attachments is January 1, 2011.
