Patrick Kuhlman, MD
The Wake Forest Internal Medicine residency program has been
a perfect match for me and my family. The
exposure to subspecialty services and ample elective time allowed me to
discover and shape my career path. I
found multiple faculty members who encouraged and mentored me in my research and
quality improvement efforts. With our
diverse patient population and excellent teaching, you will be well prepared
for any facet of internal medicine you choose.
Most distinctive is our program’s collegiality. From program director to co-resident, each
member of our team goes out of their way to provide steadfast support during
these transformational years of training.
Patrick Kuhlman is from Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. He attended Belmont Abbey College in Belmont,

hematology-oncology following his year as a chief resident. He and his wife, Kelsey, are blessed to have
two boys. As a family, they enjoy going
