The definition of a “disability,” under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), includes, but is not limited to, mental impairments, such as learning disabilities. We recommend that all requests for accommodation of a disability, whether mental or physical, be disclosed in a timely manner either prior to matriculation to the Associate Dean for Admissions of following matriculation to the Associate Dean for Student Affairs. Please see WFSM Student Handbook for additional information.
