Dear Applicant:

Thank you for your interest in the Clinical Neurophysiology Fellowship Program at Wake Forest School of Medicine.  We offer four clinical neurophysiology fellowship positions per year.  There are two separate pathways: EEG/Epilepsy and EMG Neuromuscular.

Each applicant is required to have completed or will complete a three-year adult neurology or pediatric neurology residency program accredited in the United States or Canada.  Applicants must qualify for licensure by the North Carolina Board of Medical Examiners and must be Board Eligible for the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.

Foreign medical graduates must have passed the E.C.F.M.G. and U.S.M.L.E. exams.  Additional information may be obtained by visiting the ECFMG website.  The institution sponsors only J-1 Visa which you must have at the time of your application.

Thank you again for your interest in our program.  If you have any specific questions not covered above, please feel free to contact April Edwards, Fellowship Coordinator, at 336-716-7548 or
