2014 Annual American Academy of Neurology Posters

 

 Meagan Bailey - AAN Poster 2014

Meagan Bailey, MD, our 3rd year neurology resident, presenting her poster at the 2014 Annual American Academy of Neurology entitled "Avoiding Ventricular Transgression During DBS Surgery: A Quality Improvement Intervention".  Dr. Bailey worked with several of our Movement Disorder, Movement Disorder fellow, and Neurosurgery attendings to complete the poster.

Laura Bishop - 2014 AAN Poster

Laura Bishop, DO, our 3rd year neurology resident, presenting her poster at the 2014 Annual American Academy of Neurology entitled "Antibody Mediated Movement Disorders and Their Differential Response to Immunomodulatory Therapy".  Dr. Bishop worked with several of our Movement Disorder attendings and Movement Disorder fellow to complete the poster.

Bill Boles, MD, our 4th year neurology resident, presented a poster at the 2014 Annual American Academy of Neurology entitled "Comparison of Diagnostic Methods for Optimizing Epilepsy Surgery Outcome Including Magnetoencephalography".  Dr. Boles worked with several of our Epilepsy attendings to complete the poster. Sanam Gaghshomali - Reduced - 2014 AAN Poster

Sanam Baghshomali, MD, our Vascular fellow, presenting her poster at the 2014 Annual American Academy of Neurology entitled "Transcranial Doppler to Assess Cerebral Blood Flow in Patients on Extra Corporeal Membrane Oxygenation".  Dr. Baghshomali worked with several of our neurologists to complete the poster.

Jessica Tate, MD, our Movement Disorder fellow. presented her poster at the 2014 Annual American Academy of Neurology entitled "A Novel Familial Mutation in the CACNA1A Gene Associated with an Episodic Ataxia Type 2 Phenotype".  Dr. Tate worked with our Movement Disorder attendings to complete the poster. Sarah Stone - 2014 AAN Poster

Sarah Stone, BS, a 4th year Wake Forest School of Medicine medical student, presents her poster at the 2014 Annual American Academy of Neurology meeting in Philadelphia, PA.  The poster was entitled "Neuromuscular Ultrasound Findings in Eosinophilic Fasciitis".  Dr. Michael Cartwright, a Wake Forest Baptist Health Neurologist, was one of the attendings that Sarah worked with in developing her poster.
