Didactics: Morning conference every Wednesday at 7:15
     Didactic lectures during the day on Wednesdays
     No Saturday lectures
     Grand Rounds quarterly
     Monthly Fluorescein Angiography conference
     Frequent Journal Clubs
Call: 1st and 2nd years split primary call (average every 6th night)
     3rd year/Chiefs split backup call (average every 3rd night)
     All call is from home;  Cover only 1 hospital (Wake Forest Baptist Hospital)

     PGY-2 $45,320
     PGY-3 $46,350
     PGY-4 $47,380
Meetings:
     All expenses paid for 2nd years to attend Wills Eye Review Course
     All expenses paid 3rd years to attend AAO meeting
     All expenses paid and time off provided if you present at a national meeting

Miscellaneous: 
     Academy BCSC Series provided for each resident
     20 D and 90 D lenses provided for use during residency
     Vacation: 2 weeks + 1 week at Christmas/New Years + holidays when not on call
